Our Full home inspections include:

* A complete Pest & Dry Rot inspection

* Roof Certification, Inspectors walk the roof whenever possible

* Inspectors go into all accessible Attic & Crawl Spaces

*Inspectors go over all the major components of the home including:

*Structure & Foundation

*Heating & Air conditioning

*Electrical

*Plumbing

*Windows, Doors & Siding

*Check basic functionality of Major Appliances

• This process takes approximately 3 Hrs & 2 copies of the report will be printed out & given to the buyer at the conclusion of the inspection.
• Payment is also due at this time & clients may use cash, personal check, Visa or MasterCard.
• Escrow billing is available if the following additional information is given at the inspection:
• Title Company
• Escrow Officer handling the transaction
• Title Co.’s phone & fax numbers
• Credit card information in case there is a sale fail and escrow is halted.
• Charges are based primarily on the Finished Square Footage of the home.

However, some drive charges & older home charges may apply, as additional time must be allowed to complete them.
